Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kybernete Global, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel services and request refunds.
1. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement with Kybernete Global services under the following conditions:
1.1 Project-Based Services
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund of any advance payment if cancellation is made before work begins
- During Discovery Phase: 75% refund if cancellation occurs during the initial discovery and requirement analysis phase
- During Development Phase: Charges will apply for work completed, with refund of remaining balance
- After Delivery: No refund once the project deliverables have been provided and accepted
1.2 Subscription Services
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months, minus a 10% processing fee
1.3 Consulting Services
- Hourly consulting services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% fee
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable
2. Refund Process
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Submit a written request via email to contact@kyberneteglobal.com
- Include your account information, service details, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses or tools purchased on your behalf
- Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Setup and onboarding fees
4. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you choose to cancel services:
- You must provide written notice as specified in your service agreement
- You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the cancellation date
- Any materials, code, or deliverables created up to the cancellation point remain the property of Kybernete Global until full payment is received
5. Kybernete Global-Initiated Cancellation
Kybernete Global reserves the right to cancel services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Client violates terms of service
- Project requirements change significantly beyond original scope
- Client is unresponsive or fails to provide necessary information
In such cases, charges will apply for work completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.), Kybernete Global may need to delay or cancel services. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide a full refund of any prepaid amounts for undelivered services.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to finding a fair resolution to any disputes.
8. Changes to This Policy
Kybernete Global reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
